To book an appointment online please click the link below. From there you can browse the full calendar, then book and edit your appointments.
Once you have booked online, you should immediately receive a confirmation email, and then a reminder email before your appointment. There will be appointment instructions as well as a door code in the emails.

The clinic is located at 3805 S. Edmunds St, Seattle WA 98118, just east of Rainier Ave and next to State Farm
Parking is on the street only, with one 4 hour handicap space out front. The clinic is wheelchair accessible.
